You may browse the public site and submit forms to request pricing, shipping instructions, or beta access. Please provide accurate information when you do.

Service terms

Helixrack provides month-to-month colocation for hardware you own. We may refuse hardware that cannot be safely powered, cooled, or received, or that does not match the intake details.

Pricing, power usage, bandwidth, and service limits may change as the service evolves. Any signed agreement or written invoice terms take precedence over this page.

Homelab Beta

Homelab Beta is invite-only. It is built for small, scrappy operators and personal systems, including desktop or tower machines and gear purchased from third-party sellers and shipped directly to Helixrack. Beta access, features, and limits may change without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Helixrack infrastructure for unlawful activity, abusive traffic, or workloads that create an unsafe condition for the facility or other customers. We may pause or remove service if hardware or traffic becomes a risk.
