Q1 Capacity and Power Report

The first quarterly report on installed space, power headroom, cooling fit, maintenance, incidents, and the constraints guiding the next quarter.

The first quarter of 2025 made one operating rule clear: capacity is not a single number. Installed rack units, connected load, peak load, cooling fit, and maintenance access all have to agree before a server is accepted.

The quarter closed with the 22-rack footprint and 420U of configured customer-facing rail documented in the operating inventory. Positions reserved for switching, power distribution, staging, spares, and aisle constraints were not sold as available capacity. Every new intake still required a power-and-cooling review.

The report format became part of the operating rhythm: record what changed, what was measured, what was maintained, and which constraint would limit the next customer before quoting new capacity.
