Check fit before you ship.

Send the hardware details first. We target an initial reply within 24 hours with fit questions or a quote, receiving instructions, and the inspection scope. Do not arrange delivery until a staff reply approves the shipment.

Start with intake, then ship.

Standard dock hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday. We confirm the exact dock label, date, and shipment reference in writing before you ship.

After approval

You receive the current dock label, shipment reference, pallet notes, the agreed inspection scope, and a contact path for carrier exceptions. During receiving hours, we target a condition photo and delivery acknowledgement within two hours of carrier handoff.

Standard four-hour burn-in

For supported hardware, the standard scope covers CPU, memory, storage, power-supply behavior, and management access. The quote records any configuration-specific change.

After arrival

Photo and intake record

During receiving hours, we target a condition photo within two hours. The intake record documents delivery, visible condition, exceptions, and installation readiness.
