Why Helixrack
Helixrack is for teams that already own the machine and want a facility that can review, receive, install, and support it without a long retail-colocation commitment.
Buy it, build it, or recover it from the lab. We provide the room, power, cooling, and network around it.
No setup fee and no cancellation fee. After the introductory period, the published base, power, and outbound-transfer rates apply.
Receiving, agreed testing, remote hands, and installation confirmation are handled through the operating team responsible for the hardware.
The offer
Helixrack is for developers, small teams, AI builders, game studios, and operators who want their own machine without keeping a rack in an apartment, garage, or office closet.
Your server, your parts, and your upgrade path. We provide the reviewed physical environment around hardware you own.
After written approval, ship the machine to Elizabeth. We inspect it, install it, perform the agreed checks, meter service, and confirm the handoff.
The approved network and remote-management handoff are documented for the deployment. Remote hands covers authorized physical work when the server needs a human in the room.
Common questions

Deployment record
Your deployment record connects the approved specifications, delivery acknowledgement, condition notes, facility and network assignments, completed checks, and authorized service start.
The written intake record identifies the chassis, power, airflow, network needs, authorized contact, receiving path, rate, and service boundary.
The customer receives the installation result, assigned facility handoff, service start, billing date, and any follow-up required.
Facility
A rack position becomes available only after the complete hardware configuration passes the current power, cooling, network, weight, access, and maintenance review.
Send the specs first. A staff reply confirms fit, commercial terms, and the current receiving instructions before you arrange shipment.
