Why Helixrack rebuilt its public site around clearer pricing, facility details, intake rules, and the same month-to-month service model.

The June 2026 site rebuild was about reducing the distance between a first question and a useful answer. The new pages put month-to-month pricing, facility capabilities, receiving expectations, and the intake path in one place.
The operating model did not change. Customers still own the hardware; Helixrack provides the rack, power, cooling, network, receiving, and practical remote hands around it. The clearer site simply makes those boundaries easier to understand before a server ships.
The current pages control today’s prices, availability, and service terms.
