More Reliable Intake Forms

How Helixrack made intake and beta requests more dependable while keeping a clear fallback path for customers.

The intake and beta request forms now use a controlled relay with a visible success state, a clear failure state, and a direct email fallback. The goal is simple: a customer should know whether a request was received and should never have to guess what to do when a form service is unavailable.

The forms collect only the information needed to evaluate a server, a shipment, or a beta request. Do not send credentials, private keys, or sensitive customer data through them. For a fallback, email [email protected] with the same basic request details.

Current form behavior and privacy language live on the Ship Here and Homelab Beta invite pages.
